Service of Process & Locates
Finding and serving people who are difficult to find or actively avoiding service.

Medinah is unincorporated DuPage County rather than a village with its own government, which is the single most important thing to know before acting here. There is no municipal police force of its own and no village hall — county agencies cover it. For service of process and for anything requiring local coordination, that changes who is involved and how long it takes.
Why we are called to Medinah
About Medinah
Medinah is not a village and never has been — it is an unincorporated community that takes its name from the country club established here in the 1920s by a Chicago fraternal order. Because it was never incorporated, it has no village government of its own, and county agencies provide the services a municipality would otherwise handle. That distinction matters to anyone with business here.
We have worked across DuPage County since 1991. Knowing a community — how it was laid out, how it grew, how people actually move through it — is part of how an investigation gets done properly here.
