Background, Asset & Income Research
Establishing who someone is, and where the money actually went.

Mount Prospect sits directly between our office and O'Hare, and it is one of the most linguistically diverse villages in the north-west suburbs. That shapes the caseload: we are regularly asked to trace people and assets across households where records sit under more than one spelling of a name, and where family and business finances are not neatly separated.
Why we are called to Mount Prospect
About Mount Prospect
The land was bought in 1871 by Ezra Eggleston, who hoped a railroad stop would make his subdivision prosper; it did not, and the settlement stayed very small for decades. A depot eventually came, and the village incorporated in 1917 with barely a few hundred residents. Growth arrived after the Second World War, and later decades brought substantial immigration that has made it one of the most linguistically diverse communities in the north-west suburbs.
We have worked across Cook County since 1991. Knowing a community — how it was laid out, how it grew, how people actually move through it — is part of how an investigation gets done properly here.
