These are the hardest calls we take, and usually the most urgent. People do not ring an investigator about a marriage on a whim; by the time they do, they have generally been carrying the question alone for months and have run out of ways to answer it themselves.
The honest position is this: the answer may not be the one you want, and we have no way of knowing which it will be before we start. A good number of these matters end with nothing found. That outcome is reported as plainly as any other, because a client who pays for the truth is entitled to it in either direction.
Practically, the work is surveillance — the same discipline, the same documentation. What differs is the handling. Nothing is discussed with anyone but you, correspondence goes where you tell us it can safely go, and we will not contact a spouse, employer or family member without your explicit instruction.

What this service cannot do.
Worth reading before you instruct anybody in this profession, including us.
- We cannot read messages, email or call records. Accessing an account or device without authority is a crime, and anyone offering it is telling you something about how they operate.
- Illinois requires the consent of all parties to record a private conversation. We do not make covert audio recordings, and you should speak to your attorney before you do.
- We report what we find. We do not advise you on what to do about it — that is for your attorney, and often for someone better qualified than either of us.
